Hi, I'm Jason Large!I'm a freelance illustrator who loves creating character-driven stories, colorful worlds, and scenes filled with things to discover. I'm particularly drawn to expressive animals, strange vehicles and contraptions, old myths and fairy tales, and stories that combine adventure, humor, and the unexpected. I also enjoy bringing illustrations to life through simple animation and motion.My background in fine art, digital media, and years of teaching has shaped a process that combines traditional and digital techniques. Whether I'm creating a busy world full of characters, imagining a new twist on an old story, or giving a character a little movement, I'm interested in images that invite people to look a little closer.
